How to drink deliciously

1. Before going to bed! A quick and easy tea cup
Place one tea bag in a cup, pour in hot water, and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes until it is to your desired strength, then remove the tea bag.
2. Make a large amount and enjoy anytime!
Add 1 to 3 tea bags to 1 liter of boiling water, turn off the heat, and remove the tea bags when it has reached your desired strength in about 5 minutes.
*If you like it stronger, add 2-3 bags to adjust the flavor.
