This water gel cleanser is based on Noto deep sea water*, which contains a balanced amount of minerals, for a stress-free cleansing experience. The thick, bouncy cushion texture contains 16 beauty ingredients, including unique extracts made from Noto ingredients. It penetrates the stratum corneum as it cleanses, leaving your skin feeling smooth and not tight. It contains no oil, so there's no need for double cleansing, and it's easy to remove makeup even on tired days.

how to use

1. Take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread it over your entire face, then massage in a circular motion to blend in your makeup.
2. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
