[Regular Delivery Service Information]
This service is a system that automatically delivers products at set intervals according to customer requests.
■ Delivery cycle
From the first shipment, we will deliver the product according to the delivery cycle selected by the customer, and deliveries will generally be made at the same cycle thereafter.
■ Changes to delivery cycles
You can change your delivery cycle up to 7 days before your next scheduled order date. You can make changes at any time from your My Page. The cycle that can be changed varies depending on the product. Please check the "Cycle" column in the "Regular Purchase List" on your My Page.
■About the skip function
You can "skip" your delivery from the second order onwards. The "Skip" button will be displayed in the details of your "Regular Purchase List" on your My Page. Clicking this will allow you to skip your next order.
*You can also cancel the skip if the next scheduled order date has not passed.
■ If you wish to cancel
Please complete the procedure from My Page at least 7 days before your next scheduled order date.
Subscriptions are a service that allows us to continually deliver the products you need to suit your lifestyle. We do not impose a minimum number of deliveries, but if we detect that you are using the service in a manner that significantly deviates from the purpose of the service, such as placing a large number of orders solely for the purpose of receiving benefits, we may restrict your future use of the service. We ask for your understanding.
■ About product arrival
The arrival date may vary depending on the region and shipping conditions. After shipping, it will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. We will send you a "Shipping Completed" email when the shipment is complete.
■ Payment methods
Subscription service is available only with credit card payment.
