Regarding product shipping during Golden Week

Thank you for always using the NAIA Online Store.

We would like to inform you about the delivery of store ordered products and the opening hours of our customer service center during the Golden Week period (April 26th to May 6th). We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

■ Product shipping schedule

• Orders placed between 4/25 (Fri) and 4/27 (Sun) : Shipment will begin on 4/28 (Mon) .
• Orders placed between 4/28 (Mon) and 4/29 (Tue) : Shipment will begin on 4/30 (Wed)
• Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30th will be shipped sequentially from Thursday, May 1st.
• Orders placed by 5/1 (Thu) 5:00pm will be shipped sequentially from 5/2 (Fri)
• Orders placed between 5/2 (Fri) and 5/6 (Tue) : Shipment will begin on 5/7 (Wed)

*If payment has not been completed or depending on the contents of your order, your order may be shipped after Wednesday, May 7th .

■ Inquiry Desk Closure Period

• April 26th (Sat) - May 6th (Tue)

*We will respond to your inquiries in the order they are received starting from Wednesday, May 7th.
