This rice from Suzu, Noto Peninsula, is grown in fertile, clay-rich soil abundant in mineral-rich diatomaceous earth, and nurtured by sea breezes. It is a rare, specially cultivated rice grown without chemical pesticides or fertilizers under the "Suzu Organic Village" initiative, which promotes organic farming. It is carefully cultivated by our partner farmers in Suzu, who also grow the rice that serves as an ingredient in NAIA's skincare products. When freshly cooked, it is fluffy and glossy. Even when cold, its gentle sweetness and umami flavors stand out deliciously. Please enjoy this luxurious taste, perfect for your family's dining table or as a gift for someone special.
